Concienciar y responsabilizar a todos los empleados del Oceanogràfic del impacto de su actitud y contribución para generar un gran lugar para trabajar y una experiencia única, sorprendente e inolvidable al visitante era una necesidad. Convertir al Oceanogràfic en un lugar inolvidable, lleno de magia, “un viaje” lleno de experiencias multisensoriales. Crear momentos sorprendentes a lo largo de todo el recorrido. Talenmo presentó una metodología que permitía ir implantando buenas prácticas dentro de la organización para consolidar una cultura de servicio al cliente, cuyo objetivo es lograr experiencias inolvidables a los visitantes del parque.

El reto

Los retos que se planteaban eran los siguientes:
  • Convertir al Oceanogràfic en un lugar inolvidable, lleno de magia, “un viaje” lleno de experiencias multisensoriales.
  • Crear momentos sorprendentes a lo largo de todo el recorrido.
  • Trabajar con el personal del Oceanogràfic para buscar la excelencia en la implementación de un modelo de orientación al cliente.
  • Definir e impulsar el modelo de experiencia de cliente del Oceanogràfic.
  • Identificar las competencias clave del equipo para la experiencia de cliente.
  • Definir un plan de acción que tenga como objetivo implantar y consolidar el nuevo modelo de experiencia de cliente (Customer Centric Model).
  • Crear un equipo multidisciplinar formado por personal clave, impulsor de todo el proceso de transformación cultural dentro de la organización.
  • Desarrollar las capacidades de todo el personal del Oceanogràfic para construir vínculos emocionales con el cliente y dar los pasos necesarios para generar y mantener una cultura con foco en el cliente, y ofrecer.
 

Cómo se hizo

Presentamos una metodología que permitiera ir implantando buenas prácticas dentro de la organización y consolidar una cultura de servicio al cliente.
 
En la 1ª fase de descubrimiento y sensibilización trabajamos con el equipo de dirección y los managers “Construyendo nuestra imagen de futuro” a partir de las fortalezas detectadas en el presente y buscando el compromiso con el proyecto de transformación.
 
Mediante técnicas de Empathy Mapping desarrollamos LA EXPERIENCIA que el Oceanogràfic quería que se llevara el visitante.
 
Revisando todos los procedimientos, procesos  manera de hacer, intentando ponerse en los zapatos del visitante, para tratar de construir una experiencia única, sorprendente e inolvidable y diseñando un modelo de servicio que conectase con la parte emocional del visitante.
 
 
Una vez definido el modelo de servicio, hicimos partícipes a todo el personal con el plan de comunicación “Tu eres el protagonista”.
 
Para conseguir crear una organización centrada en el cliente y desarrollar el liderazgo en todos los niveles, utilizamos las técnicas de indagación apreciativa sobre la cultura de la compañía, sobre sus valores, y sobre todo aquello que da vida a la organización.
 

El resultado

Con lo trabajado en los dos talleres se preparó un resumen de todo lo experimentado y de las iniciativas que propusieron para mejorar la experiencia de los visitantes en el Oceanogràfic.
 
Hicimos que el personal del Oceanogràfic fuera el visitante por un día y recorriera todas las instalaciones y experimentara en primera persona lo que siente el visitante en todo el recorrido.
 
El resultado de la experiencia vivida fue un conjunto de iniciativas y propuestas de mejora de la experiencia de los visitantes en el Oceanogràfic.
 
Se definió un plan de acción con el objetivo de implantar y consolidar un nuevo modelo de orientación al cliente y hacer partícipes a todos los empleados. Se consiguió desarrollar las capacidades de todo el personal para construir vínculos emocionales con el cliente.
